Pan-democrats Albert Ho Chun-yan and “Long Hair” Leung Kwok-hung could face a bill of at least HK$ 2.1 million after losing their case in the top court challenging Leung Chun-ying’s victory in the chief executive election, the South China Morning Post learnt.
It was not known how the costs would be borne, but the Court of Final Appeal said in its ruling on Tuesday that both sides could file submissions on costs within 14 days of the judgment.
