Jeremy Young, a former professional ski coach from New Zealand, moved to Hong Kong 10 years ago to pursue a career in insurance.

One thing in his life has remained constant though – his dedication to sport. Kickstarting his weekdays at 5am, Young gets his fuel from watching Hong Kong wake up, being out in the water before work, and being able to create this healthy balance into his life.

Young’s story is part of our series “Good Morning, Hong Kong”, produced by our newly launched branded content studio, Morning Studio. The series is a celebration of our home, Hong Kong, and the diversity of mornings in this city.
