“Dumpling Queen” Chong Kin-wo, who started as dumpling hawker some 40 years ago at a Hong Kong ferry pier and eventually built up the internationally famous food brand Wanchai Ferry, has died. She was 73.
In a statement, the company said it was “very sad to confirm that Chong had passed away”.
The businesswoman is believed to have been diabetic.
